CEHD's Master of Arts in Educational Administration - Principal Leadership prepares experienced teachers to step into administrative roles where knowledge, practice, and skills create real growth and impact in schools and the community.
Candidates must have their Professional Educator License (PEL) and two years of teaching experience. Exceptions may be made if currently in the second year of teaching.

What You'll Study
Our academic catalog has detailed information about what you'll study, like courses, hours needed for completion, and other requirements.
Courses are offered in a mix of online asynchronous and online synchronous formats. Two courses are taken per semester; each course is 7.5 weeks long.
Program Requirements
- Valid Professional Educator License (PEL)
- 2 years of teaching experience
- A cumulative GPA of 2.75 to be admitted
- Attain at least a B- in each course
Application Materials
- Official transcript(s) from all previous college work
- School District Administrator Reference (an automatic email will be sent to this individual)
- Letter of Work Verification (school administrator or HR letter verifying employment and indicating number of years employed)
- Screenshot of your Professional Educator License (PEL)
- Statement of Interest (1-3 paragraphs on why you are pursuing this degree/endorsement)
