GovState's Diversity and Equity Reports
This section provides access to Governors State University’s equity and diversity–related reports, including the Campus Climate Survey, Faculty Diversity Trend Analysis, Equity Pay Reports, and other institutional assessments. These reports reflect the university’s ongoing commitment to transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Through the regular collection, analysis, and reporting of institutional data, we examine key indicators related to equity, inclusion, representation, and campus climate. The insights gained from these reports help the university better understand the experiences of our community, identify opportunities for growth, and inform policies, practices, and strategic initiatives that strengthen the overall health and equity of the institution.
"Big picture" reports from the Illinois Board of Higher Education (IBHE) are comprehensive, high-level analyses and strategic plans designed to guide the long-term direction of higher education in Illinois. These reports focus on equity, sustainability, and growth, often replacing or enhancing previously siloed reports to provide a more holistic view of student success and institutional performance.
