      1. This policy applies to programs where licensing is tied to program accreditation. 

    2. Program Accreditation and Admissions 

      Whenever licensing is tied to the accreditation of a program, such program will not admit students until candidacy is approved and the chance for potential accreditation is substantial, as recommended by an external consultant.
