GovState's Building Service team is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming campus environment for students, faculty, staff, and visitors. Our 17-person team manages the cleaning and upkeep of approximately 700,000 square feet of campus space, including classrooms, offices, restrooms, and other public areas.
GovState is committed to using environmentally responsible cleaning products and practices. Our Building Service team uses a variety of green cleaning products and methods.
The Housekeeping Department has all the personnel and equipment to tackle any cleaning job.
We specialize in carpeting, hard floors, windows, washrooms, and more.
