Biography

Dr. Chuen-Yeong Lee is Associate Professor in the Division of Education and Leadership at Governors State University starting from Fall, 2020. He has been teaching courses in Online Teaching and Learning Program and Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Bilingual/English as a Second Language Education, and some foundation courses in Principal Leadership Endorsement Program and in Undergraduate Program (Foundation of Education, Educational Psychology I). 

Dr. Lee received his PhD at Ohio University, majoring Curriculum and Instruction, specialize in Instructional Technology. His dissertation is in light of use of SCMC for language teaching and learning. He completed M.A. program in Foreign Language Teaching and Learning at National Defense University, Taiwan. He's been teaching bilingual/ESL courses from P-20 and instructional technology courses at institutions of higher education for more than 15 years. 

His research interests include the realm of STEM education, instructional design, integration of technology, assessment of instruction, learning theory, mobile technologies, virtual learning environments, computer-assisted language learning (CALL) and so forth. Also, he has been collaborating with researchers in a variety of fields of STEM and educational leadership and e-business.
