Faculty Blackboard App
The Blackboard app offers instructors a convenient and accessible platform for managing their courses on the go. This mobile interface allows for quick oversight of course activity, enabling instructors to monitor student engagement and identify potential issues promptly. Furthermore, the app facilitates seamless connection with students through announcements, discussion boards, and direct messaging, fostering a more interactive and responsive learning environment. Importantly, instructors can also view course content, including assignments, readings, and multimedia, ensuring they remain informed and prepared to guide their students effectively, regardless of their location.

Your Blackboard app profile syncs with the LMS. Update your picture, name pronunciation and contact info via "More" and "View Profile." Edit details using the pencil icon. Changes apply instantly to both the app and web.

Instructors can manage all their Blackboard courses and organizations via the LMS app. Access courses from the main menu, filter by status (Unavailable, Available, Complete), and favorite them. Organizations function similarly to courses, offering content management and communication tools.

Faculty can preview and manage Ultra course tests within the Blackboard app. While test creation occurs in the web browser, the app lets you navigate content, view tests student-side, and review settings. It supports all Ultra question types, timed assessments, rich media, attachments, and feedback review.
