International student health insurance will be charged to your account by Office of International Services, starting Fall Semester 2023
Residents or Non-student visa holders can take 1-3 courses with flexible scheduling (5-18 hours) and resident-tuition rate.

Payment and Refund Policy
ELLC Payment Policy:
- ELLC students will
be responsible for $5,500 tuition on the first day of the semester, and
- Students are
responsible to make a full payment by the 4th day of the
classes or make a payment plan with GSU Business Office.
ELLC Refund Policy:
- 100% refund will be
issued If withdrawn by the end of the first week of the class,
- 50% refund
will be issued if withdrawn by the end of the 2nd week of class,
and
- No refund will be
issued after 2nd week.
