Engineering

GovState's Licensed Operating Engineers are responsible for the inspection, diagnosis, and repair of the mechanical systems that keep campus operational every day. Heating, cooling, elevators and fire protection systems are monitored and maintained 24-7. We're always here to respond to an urgent repair or issue to keep the campus safe. Performing scheduled preventative maintenance keeps equipment running efficiently and cost-effectively, ensuring that critical systems are inspected and serviced regularly before small issues become larger problems

Operating Engineers are here 24-7 to ensure all spaces are comfortable.
