Blackboard Ally
Blackboard Ally empowers students with accessible course materials. It automatically converts content into various formats (audio, PDF, ePub) to suit diverse learning needs.
Blackboard App
Blackboard's Student Mobile app allows students a quick and easy way to oversee courses. Students also have the ability to connect with their instructor and other students and view their course content.
Blackboard Learn
Blackboard Learn is a Learning Management System, which allows Instructors to build online courses and for students to access them anywhere with an internet connection.
Microsoft Education
Teams is GovState's web conferencing software. If you have a hybrid or online course, use Teams for prerecorded lectures, live lectures or office hours.
Outcomes Assessment Projects (formerly Aqua)
Outcomes Assessment Projects, by Watermark, is a tool used by faculty and administrators for juried assessment projects and standards reporting on capstone assignments for department accreditation. It is also used by students for capstone assignment submission.
Panopto
Panopto is GovState's video streaming server, which can integrate within the Blackboard Learning Management System. Please view the tutorials below for further information.
Publisher Content
Access publisher content directly in your Blackboard course, which eliminates the need for students to navigate external websites, providing a convenient, single point of access to textbooks, interactive assignments, multimedia resources, and more, right where they do their learning.
Respondus LockDown Browser and Monitor
LockDown Browser is a custom browser that only allows users to view the testing environment within the Learning Management System. In addition with LockDown Browser, Monitor uses a webcam and analytics to prevent cheating.
Student Learning & Licensure (formerly Via)
Student Learning & Licensure, by Watermark, is a tool used by faculty and administrators for assessment reporting on key assessment assignments against standards sets for department accreditation. It is also used by students for key assessment assignment submission and to create online portfolios.
