Candidates must have their master's degree, Professional Educator License (PEL), and two years of teaching experience

Candidates will be prepared for school leadership roles such as team leaders, instructional coaches, department chairs, and curriculum directors upon completion.

Program Requirements
- Master's degree from an accredited university
- Valid Professional Educator License (PEL)
- 2 years of teaching experience
- A cumulative GPA of 2.75 to be admitted

- Official transcript(s) from all previous college work
- School District Administrator Reference (an automatic email will be sent to this individual)
- Letter of Work Verification (school administrator or HR letter verifying employment and indicating number of years employed)
- Screenshot of your Professional Educator License (PEL)
