GovState Research Days is an annual campus-wide opportunity for GovState faculty and students to present research, scholarly projects, and creative work. Undergraduate participants work with a faculty sponsor to prepare their submissions.

The National Collegiate Honors Council (NCHC) Conference provides students with an opportunity to present their research at the national level.
The NCHC is a nationwide conference of research amongst other students throughout the U.S. We recommend this conference for any current sophomore or junior. This can be an individual or group submission, ranging from oral research presentations to posters to full panels. NCHC occurs annually in November annually.
The National Council on Undergraduate Research (NCUR) Conference provides students with an opportunity to present their research at the national level at one of the largest undergraduate research conferences in the world, with over 4,300 participants.
We recommend this conference for any current junior or senior. This can be an individual or group submission, ranging from oral research presentations to posters to full panels. NCUR Proposals are due in Early December. The conference occurs annually in April.
The Honors Council of the Illinois Region (HCIR) Symposium provides students with the opportunity to present research regionally and engage with Honors students and faculty from institutions across Illinois
