Student Organizations
Bring your big ideas. Be a part of our College of Business student organizations.
Our student organizations actively participate in competitions and tours of big companies. They also organize workshops and guest speaker events. Gain leadership experience, network, test your skills in the real world and meet leaders in the field. Join a student organization. Contact the faculty advisor or attend one of our events to get involved. Everyone is welcome.
This is your why.
Joining a College of Business student organization is one of the best ways to turn your classroom experience into real-world connection. Student organizations help you build leadership skills, expand your professional network, connect with faculty and peers, and engage in experiences that strengthen your resume and confidence. Whether you are exploring your career path, preparing for internships, or looking for a community of motivated business students, getting involved helps you belong, lead, and grow beyond the classroom.
The Accounting, Finance, and Economics Club helps students connect classroom learning to the financial decisions that shape businesses, communities, and careers. Through engagement with faculty, peers, employers, and professional opportunities, students strengthen technical confidence while learning how to ask better questions, analyze information, and communicate with clarity. The return on investment is practical and professional: stronger career readiness, expanded networks, and greater confidence navigating accounting, finance, economics, and CPA-related pathways.

The Gavel Club helps students develop one of the most valuable business skills: the ability to speak with confidence. Affiliated with Toastmasters International, the club provides a structured and supportive environment for prepared speeches, impromptu speaking, feedback, communication practice, and leadership growth. The return on investment is immediate and long-term: students strengthen presentation skills, self-awareness, confidence, and the emotional intelligence needed to receive feedback, think on their feet, and lead with presence.

The Human Resource Management Club is ideal for students interested in people, workplace culture, leadership, talent development, employee relations, and organizational change. Engagement helps students understand how business decisions affect employees and how strong HR practices support both people and institutional goals. The value add is career-focused and human-centered: students build professional judgment, empathy, communication skills, and the emotional intelligence needed to lead difficult conversations with fairness, confidence, and care.

The International Business Club expands students’ understanding of business across cultures, markets, and global systems.
