Culver Fellowship in Public Administration

Dr. Culver established the Public Administration program at GSU in the early 1970s and remained on the faculty for 30 years. Upon his retirement in 2001 he endowed this scholarship to assist deserving present and future public administrators earn their master’s degrees from the school in which he was totally dedicated.

At the GSU Foundation, we work to connect deserving students with the funds they need to successfully complete their education. Your donation to this scholarship can make the difference between frustration and confidence as they juggle competing responsibilities and attempt to complete their degree to move forward in a rewarding and successful career.
