We have a passion for serving ESL students and adults who want to learn English for academic or career growth.

At the English Language Learning Center at GSU, we believe that language is the key to inclusion, community connectedness and job readiness.  Our Intensive English Program goes far beyond the basics—it encourages complete confidence when communicating, whether in writing, speaking or engaging in online forums. The comprehensive ESL/ESOL curriculum is designed and taught by professional faculty for maximum effectiveness in academic and career pursuits.

We also offer community programs designed to enhance language skills in focused subject areas, to teach parents of limited-English proficient students through partnership with local school districts and to train English learners on job-ready skills, like computer literacy.
