FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
• How will I receive the video link?
24 hours prior to streaming the production, you will receive the viewable link via the email you used to register for the event. If you have issues finding your link or email, please check your spam folder or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or (708) 235-2222. Email inquiries will be answered more quickly due to staff working remotely.
• When will I be able to watch the program?
24 hours prior to the start of the program, your viewable link and password (if applicable) will be sent to the email you used to register. If you purchase less than 24 hours prior to the start or premiere of the program, you will receive the link two hours prior to the start time or by noon of the next business day. Once you receive your link and password, you will have until the midnight on the end date of the production to access.
• What if I experience technical difficulties or am unable to view the production?
We are not responsible for technical difficulties on your home devices or any issues with your local broadband or wifi. However, there is online support available to help you as best we can. Contact email@example.com for online support, or call us at 708.235.2222. Please remember that your video link and password will be available until midnight on the end date of the production.
• What’s the refund policy?
There are no refunds.
• Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
No transfers or sharing of codes. Tickets are issued as household registration. Any link/code sharing beyond a household is not permitted.
• May I give this as a gift or purchase access for multiple households?
Yes, you may gift access to friends and family! To do so, you will need to make a separate purchase for each household and provide a different name and email address associated with that viewing household. The confirmation email will go directly to the individual.
• How do I contact the organizer if I have questions?
