Terms and Conditions
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
Flex Buyers are eligible to receive credits or exchange privileges on their ticket(s) with at least 48 hour notice prior to the performance. Credits do not include service fees.

Online orders are charged a $3 convenience fee and a 6% per ticket processing fee.
In Person
Stop by the box office during our business hours: Tuesday to Friday: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. (Thursday: 11 a.m. - 6 p.m.)
On performance days, the box office is open two hours prior to curtain and through intermission. Only tickets for the current show will be available for purchase at the box office window two hours prior to curtain. All other event tickets can be purchased at intermission.
Order Fees
All tickets are charged a $3 per order convenience fee and a 6% commission.
Wheelchair-Accessible Seating Policy
Got your eye on seats marked as Reserved for Wheelchair User (♿) or Reserved for Wheelchair Companion (★) on our website? That’s great! Just a friendly reminder, these seats are set aside specifically for users of wheelchairs and/or other accessibility devices and their companions.
So if you do book these, make sure you truly need them. Otherwise, we'd politely ask to let go of your seats for someone who does. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Thank you!
Discount and Pricing Policies
Patron must inform the box office that a discount may apply when ordering. No refunds will be issued after tickets are sold. Discounts cannot be combined. Most discounts are NOT available online with the exception of children 14 and under. This includes GSU Student, Faculty, Staff, and Alumni discounts
RENTAL shows do not qualify for discounts, Flex Pass deals, or other promotions offered by the Center for Performing Arts.
Discounts include:
$20 tickets for Children 14 & Under on select shows*
15% Discount for Seniors 65 and Older*
$10-$20 tickets for GSU Students with valid I.D.*+
15% Discount for Flex Buyers (3+ Shows)
15% Discount for GSU Faculty and Staff
25% Discount for Premium GSU Alumni Members on Select Shows
15% Discount for Premium GSU Alumni Members on All Shows
15% Discount for Groups of 10+
20% Discount for Groups of 20+
*Some restrictions may apply. Discounts are not valid for rental events.
+Limit 4 discounted tickets for GSU students on most shows.
