Terms and Conditions
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
Members are eligible to receive credits or exchange privileges on their ticket(s) with at least 48 hours notice prior to the performance. Credits do not include service fees.
How to Order Tickets
We accept Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
Online
Use our convenient and secure online system.
In Person
Stop by the box office during our business hours.
On performance days, the box office is open two hours prior to curtain and through intermission. Only tickets for the current show will be available for purchase at the box office window two hours prior to curtain. All other event tickets can be purchased at intermission.
Over the Phone
Call us at (708) 235-2222 during our business hours to purchase tickets online.
All tickets include a 6% commission. Commission fees are waived for Members and for GovState Students.
Phone and web orders are charged a $6 convenience fee.
Wheelchair-Accessible Seating Policy
Got your eye on seats marked as Reserved for Wheelchair User (♿) or Reserved for Wheelchair Companion (C) on our website? That’s great! Just a friendly reminder, these seats are set aside specifically for users of wheelchairs and/or other accessibility devices and their companions.
So if you do book these, make sure you truly need them. Otherwise, we'd politely ask to let go of your seats for someone who does. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Thank you!
