Contact your loan servicer
Currently the Department of Education uses several services for student loans. Set up payment plans, make payments and direct any loan questions to your servicer. If you are unsure who your loan servicer is, go to https://studentaid.gov/, log in using your FSA ID and click on the Repayment Estimator. Your loan servicer is displayed at the top of the "View or Add Your Loans" page.
