In addition, the findings from the competency assessment analysis revealed at least 85% of students achieved application-level competencies in 18 out of 22 assessed competencies, as evaluated by field experience preceptors. The post-program assessment, which combines assessments from faculty, capstone projects, and preceptors, showed that at least 85% of students demonstrated application-level attainment in all 22 competencies the Program aims to prepare students for, ranging from 85.5% in project management to 100% in Professional & Social Responsibility.
