DDP Orientation - Spring Option

For DDP students who are still pursing an associate degree at their local community college and have not yet attended a past orientation. Participants will receive an orientation to the Dual Degree Program, and will have the opportunity to meet GovState administration and staff, and receive helpful resources in preparation for your transfer. DDP Graduation Cording Ceremony
Tuesday, May 14, 2024, from 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Dual Degree Program students who have graduated Fall 2023 or Spring/Summer 2024 will be honored at a cording ceremony to acknowledge the completion of their bachelor's degree and celebrate their upcoming commencement.

Volunteers will be assembling feminine hygiene kits for survivors of domestic violence.
DDP Community Service: Orland Grassland and Water Reserve
Saturday, May 11, 2024 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

Dual Degree Program will be assisting Orland Grassland and Water Reserve to restore habitat for many important threatened grassland birds. Volunteers will be removing weeds and invasive vegetation, cutting and burning invasive woody plans, collecting and spreading native seed, and collecting trash. Registration is required by Wednesday, May 9th.
