Has this course been taught before?
  • In order to begin the internal review process by the CTL department, the course to be reviewed must have been taught AT LEAST ONCE by the instructor making the request.
  • In order to begin the official review process by Quality Matters staff, the course to be reviewed must have been taught AT LEAST TWICE by the instructor making the request.
  • Master courses cannot be reviewed using this process, because by definition they have not been taught before, but designed as a template to copy to actual running course sections.

  • Also, if requesting an official QM review, please list all previous semesters after Spring 2020 designed and taught by the same instructor here.
