Terms and Conditions
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
Flex buyers (click for Details) are eligible to receive refunds on the price of their ticket(s) with at least 48 hour notice prior to the performance. refunds do not include service fees.
To ensure our patrons’ health and security, as well as the safety of our performers and staff, the Center for Performing Arts (the Center) has implemented the following COVID-19 policy:
Face masks are required at the Center even if vaccinated. Patrons must provide either a COVID-19 Vaccination card or a negative PCR COVID-19 test result. Test must be taken within 72 hours of the beginning of the performance to attend an event at the Center. No home test results will be accepted.
Ticket holders agree to comply with these Covid-19 safety procedures and guidelines. Patrons who do not abide by stated procedures and guidelines may be asked to leave the premises.
Refunds will not be provided to those who do not comply with the Center's COVID-19 Policy.

How to Order Tickets
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
Use our convenient and secure online system.
Online orders are charged a $3 convenience fee and a 6% per ticket processing fee.
Stop by the box office during our business hours: Tuesday to Friday: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. (Thursday: 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.)
On performance days, the box office is open two hours prior to curtain and through intermission. Only tickets for the current show will be available for purchase at the box office window two hours prior to curtain. All other event tickets can be purchased at intermission.
All tickets are charged a $3 per order convenience fee and a 6% commission.
*Commission fees are waived for Flex Buyers and GSU Students, Faculty and Staff members.
Discount and Pricing Policies
Patron must inform the box office that a discount may apply when ordering. No refunds will be issued after tickets are sold. Discounts cannot be combined. Some discounts are available online.
$20 tickets for Children 14 and Under on select shows*
15% Discount for Seniors 65 and Older*
$10-$20 tickets for Students with valid i.d.*+
15% Discount for Flex Buyers (3+ Shows)
15% Discount for GSU Faculty and Staff
15% Discount for Groups of 10+
15% Discount for Premium GSU Alumni Members
20% Discount for Groups of 20+
*Some restrictions may apply.
+Limit 2 discounted tickets for students on most shows.
