The Office of Procurement supports the University community in obtaining commodities, equipment, and services to support the Governors State University educational mission.
The University Procurement Office is designated to obtain commodities, equipment, and services to support the educational mission of GSU. By following sound business methods consistent with the Higher Education Procurement Rules, the Illinois Procurement Code, and other applicable state and federal regulations. The University Purchasing Division is available to assist departments in procurement activities.
