BIOGRAPHY

Timothy Taylor is an Adjunct Professor in the MME Division of the College of Business at Governors State University. He is a former U.S. Army officer and senior business executive with extensive experience in operations, finance, sales, marketing, and organizational leadership. Over the course of his career, he has built new markets, revitalized underperforming regions, and led cross-functional teams to achieve sustained growth and profitability. His teaching philosophy centers on connecting theory to practice, encouraging students to think critically, collaborate effectively, and apply classroom concepts to real-world challenges. He strives to develop not only knowledge, but also leadership and problem-solving skills that prepare students for success in their professional and personal endeavors. He teaches courses that include Business Statistics and Business Ethics.
