BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Tiffani Robertson is the Director of Academic Services in the College of Business at Governors State University and an adjunct faculty member teaching courses in organizational strategy, reputation management, and interdisciplinary studies. She earned her Ph.D. in Educational Administration and Foundations – Higher Education from Illinois State University and an MBA in Marketing from DeVry University. Her professional and research interests focus on enrollment management, transfer student mobility, and leadership development in higher education. Dr. Robertson serves as Vice President for Leadership and Management Development on the Board of Directors for the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (AACRAO) and is a member of the College & University Journal Editorial Board. She is also a Past President of the Illinois Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (IACRAO) and has more than 20 years of experience advancing equitable, student-centered institutional practices.
