BIOGRAPHY
Lynette Elmes, DBA, CFE is an Associate Professor of Accountancy at Chicago State University and is an Adjunct Faculty of Accounting at Governors State University. She is also a Small Business Consulting Accountant who provides expert knowledge to various Private and Governmentally funded entities specializing in providing strategies for expense management and income sourcing including early childhood educational grant writing, grant management and reporting. She is co-founder of Human Service Resources, Inc., a not-for profit organization located in Chicago, Illinois dedicated to global literacy.
As Executive Director of Rural Community Empowerment Services, NFP Ghana., she is responsible for developing and coordinating corporate literacy and job skills program initiatives for rural youth & adults using practical, culturally relevant, & problem-solving approach for sustainable intergenerational poverty reduction. Responsibilities include program coordination, implementation and management for continuous strategic improvement.
