BIOGRAPHY
Hailey Park is an Assistant Professor of Management at
Governors State University. She earned her Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior and
Human Resource Management from the Fox School of Business at Temple University,
her M.S. from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology, and her
B.A. from the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign. Her research focuses
on personality, leadership, and proactive behaviors, and she teaches courses in
organizational behavior and human resource management. Her work has appeared in
leading journals such as the Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal
of Vocational Behavior, and Human Relations.
