I am Chair of the Division of
Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, and Economics (AFME) and
Professor of Management Information Systems in the College of Business.
received my Ph.D. in Management Information Systems from Southern Illinois
University Carbondale in 2005. I joined Governors State University in 2007.
My research interests include
insider threats to information security, human computer interaction, and
business and information systems education. My research has been published in
journals such as Behavior & Information Technology, Journal of Computer
Information Systems, and Decision Sciences Journal of Innovative Education.
I currently teach information
systems and business analytics courses, and I am a member of the Association
for Information Systems, serving as immediate past president of the AIS Special
Interest Group on Information Systems Education. I have served as a mini-track
chair for the Information Security research track at the Americas Conference
for Information Systems and an Associate Editor for the International
Conference on Information Systems Education track as well as reviewer for
several journals and other conferences in my field.
