Student Web Information System
The Student Web Information System is available to all new and continuing students. It contains the following student data:
- Academic Record
- Administrative Holds
- Biographic Information
- Financial Aid Status
- Registration Information
The system is capable of the following functions:
- Calculating a GPA projection
- Changing your P.I.N.
- Registering for classes
Access the System
- Logon using your GSU I.D. Number and your P.I.N. (Contact the Registrar’s Office at 708.534.4500 if you do not remember your I.D. Number.)
- Click on the Logon button below.
- Caution: When accessing the system from a public location, others may see your confidential records.
- Online registration is accessible 24 hours a day.
Register for Classes
- Set the current option setting to the appropriate registration term and year.
- Click on the Registration button.
- Follow the registration instructions on the Registration Entry screen. (You must enter the course number and section, e.g., EDUC310, Section A. This is different from the touchtone system where you enter the 6-digit reference number).
- Click on the Student Schedule button to print your class schedule.
- Follow payment schedule to complete your registration.
Leave the System
- Select > logout
- Select > close my browser
Failing to close the browser leaves your confidential records accessible to others.
