FACULTY PROFILE

"I teach courses related to Strategic Management and Organizational Behavior at both the graduate and undergraduate levels. My research interests are at the intersection of Organization Theory and Cultural Sociology, with specific focus on competitive dynamics and structural change in creative industries. My recent publications tackle a diverse set of topics, ranging from trust in supply chain partnerships to the effects of school board social capital on student performance.

I received my Ph.D. from Columbia University. I also hold an MBA from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. I joined the GSU faculty in 2010, and was previously a faculty member at The City College of New York.

Since coming to GSU, I have served on a number of committees at both the College and University level, and participated in initiatives involving student learning, general education, curriculum development, strategy, accreditation, and faculty research. I also developed several courses."
