Mission • Collaborating with one another to build and empower communities of recovery.
Vision • Addiction is a primary disease, and recovery is possible when individuals, families, and communities work together to provide support, empowerment, and understanding. The Coles County ROSC Council commits to embracing differences, including all voices and pathways to recovery, and strengthening the ability of persons in recovery to thrive in their communities.
