CJY Faculty Resources

The Center for the Junior Year serves student success both in and outside of the classroom, fostering academic as well as study and time management skills.

CJY can build a mentoring experience to be useful to your classroom, such as through a presentation, small group discussion, and/or a one-on-one follow-up meeting.

Topics for mentor presentations can include:

Barriers to degree completion

Career goals and pathways

Campus support services and resources

“To request a mentor, contact Dr. David Rhea, Director of the CJY, at drhea@govst.edu
