COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOLS

(Effective June 1, 2022)

Governors State University Center for Performing Arts strongly encourages all audience members, participants, staff and crew members ages two (2) and older to wear a face mask at all times, even if vaccinated. 

Face masks will not be provided my the Center.


PATRONS REPORTING COVID-19 SYMPTOMS

Patrons are encouraged to call the box office if they are displaying COVID-19 symptoms in advance of the performance date to exchange tickets or bank a credit for a future date.

COVID-19 Symptoms according to the CDC include:

  • Fever or chills
  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
  • Fatigue
  • Muscle or body aches
  • Headache
  • New loss of taste or smell
  • Sore throat
  • Congestion or runny nose
  • Nausea or vomiting
  • Diarrhea

SANITATION

Hand sanitizer stations are available throughout the Center for Performing Arts. Our facility is cleaned daily by a dedicated building operations team.
