Volunteer

If you are interested in becoming a volunteer usher at the Center, please contact Ingrid Anderson or submit a form online here.

Rentals

If you are interested in renting the Center for an event, please contact Tracey Williams, Theater Manager. 

Electronics and Recording Devices

Audio and visual reproduction of any kind is prohibited. Please refrain from bringing cameras and recording equipment to the theater. Please turn off all electronic devices that produce sound or light and that may interrupt the performance.

Elevators

An elevator serving the balcony is located at the east end of the main floor lobby. 

Restrooms

Restrooms are located in the Celebrity Gallery in the Main Foyer. Additional restrooms with changing tables are located in B wing next to the Box Office.

Assisted Services and Seating

Special seating areas for wheelchair accessibility are available. Please contact the Box Office in advance to secure a seat in this area. Audio amplification is available for the hearing-impaired free of charge. A driver's license or other identification is all that is required for deposit. 

Emergency Fire Exits

Emergency exits may be found outside each door to the hall and are marked accordingly. The lighted "Exit" sign nearest your seat is the shortest route outdoors. Do not use the elevator for an emergency exit.

Ticket Policies

All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges on single ticket or group sales. More detailed information can be found here.

If your donor listing is incorrect, please let us know. We do our best to ensure accuracy and we would be grateful for your assistance if an error has been made. Please contact Jane Cox at 708.235.2811 or jcox1@govst.edu

Children 

All children must have their own tickets. We suggest children under the age of one year not attend performances. 

COVID-19 Policy 

Face masks are recommended on campus for ages TWO (2) and up, even if vaccinated. Masks will not be supplied by the theater. Ticket holders agree to comply with this Covid-19 safety procedure. Patrons who do not abide by stated procedure may be asked to leave the premises.
 
Hand sanitizer will be made readily available throughout the venue and patrons are strongly encourage to make use of them.

If you are experiencing any of these symptoms of COVID-19, stay home and do not attend an event:
• Fever or chills
• Cough
• Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
• Fatigue
• Muscle or body aches
• Headache
• New loss of taste or smell
• Sore throat
• Congestion or runny nose
• Nausea or vomiting
• Diarrhea
