Governors State University’s Strategic Plan, Strategy 2015, is the result of a community wide effort to develop a document that addresses both internal and external goals and initiatives.
Strategy 2015 builds on the university’s rich traditions with a focus toward six specific goals: Academic excellence; high quality faculty and staff; continuous process improvement; visibility, outreach, and economic catalyst; social, ethical and environmental responsibility; and financial growth and sustainability.
