Let us welcome you to Jaguar Nation! Welcome bags and snacks will be provided. Ask about the location of your classes or anything you need to know. You will also sign up for laptop distribution sessions. Presented by New Student Programs.

GSU CONNECT: LAPTOP DISTRIBUTION AND IT WORKSHOP

Come get your FREE laptop and learn about the great IT resources available on campus. You are required to sign up in advance at the Welcome Table. Presented by Information Technology.

MALE SUCCESS INITIATIVE KICKOFF RETREAT
The Male Success Initiative (MSI) is an intergenerational enrichment program designed to help you to create a game plan for your success at GSU and beyond. It focuses on employing strategies to assist in the retention and graduation of male students, particularly men of color. At this overnight off-campus excursion, dozens of new and returning male students come together to talk about transitioning to the GSU campus, team-building, sharing successes and overcoming setbacks, personal and collective visioning, and fellowship. GSU CONVOCATION
Immediately following 21/20 Day Party (Convocation officially begins at 3:00pm) - Center for Performing Arts

All freshmen, sophomores, and other students will meet in the Center for Performing Arts (CPA) Green Room by 2:30pm to line up for Convocation. During Convocation, each class will be announced as they enter the CPA. The Class of 2021 (freshmen) will receive their special honor cords. Presented by the President's Office.


SATURDAY, AUGUST 26

FIGHT NIGHT PARTY
