At the center of his session will be a discussion of how course-based and programmatic assessments can be built up to create a longitudinal look at student learning. Day offers concrete strategies for scaling up assessments and for collaboration between institutional stakeholders.
Michael Day has published a number of articles, book chapters, and edited collections on the subjects of assessment, portfolios, and the use of technology in pedagogical contexts.
