Faculty-Led Programs
GSU Faculty led two short-term study abroad trips during 2012:
China Trip
Governors State University students visited China during the Summer 2012 session. They attended an international trade show as well as visiting key locations around
the country.
Ukraine Trip
Led by GSU faculty, students were able to travel to the Ukraine during the spring break period in the Spring 2012 session. Students participated in service learning and gained valuable first-hand experience.
Additional Trips
GSU departments are currently working with foreign universities to offer more trips in the future. Additional trips will be offered in 2013. Additionally, if you
have an idea for a short-term study abroad trip, be sure to approach a faculty member with it.
