When Phil Moeller began his career at Holland Company in 1987, Holland had revenue of $10 million and was not profitable. The culture of the company and the morale of the employees were not good. Today, Holland is known as a great place to work, and is recognized by the community and railroad industry as a truly great company. The close of business for 2012 marked the 11th year in a row of record profitability on total sales revenue of over $150 million.
