GSU Cable Station Accepting Video Submissions for Broadcast this Fall - continued
Submissions can be sent digitally via a file sharing system, such as Dropbox or Google Docs, in the highest resolution to Keisha Dyson, Program Developer in the DLMD, at email@example.com. A hard copy (DVD or file on hard drive) can be mailed to Keisha Dyson, Program Developer, Digital Learning and Media Design Department, Governors State University, 1 University Parkway, University Park, IL 60484.
All submissions must be accompanied by a completed submission form, which can be found on the Master of Fine Arts in Independent Filmmaking and Digital Imaging website (http://www3.govst.edu/gsumfa/MFA/intro.html), and a short (250 characters or less) description of the project. The submission deadline for fall broadcast consideration is September 1 at 5:00 P.M. All submissions will be screened for approval before being broadcast. Videos that contain inappropriate or crude material, or material that can be classified as pornographic will not be aired.
Approved submissions will be broadcast on The Educator, GSU’s cable station, which can be found on the following channels (dependent upon cable provider): AT&T U-verse TV- Channel 99 (only in South Holland, IL), Comcast - Channel 16, WideOpenWest Cable- Channel 24 (only in South Holland, Oak Forest and Calumet City, IL).
