This applications-focused program provides the knowledge and skills to be successful in MIS. The graduate program does not require students to have a bachelor’s degree in MIS. Students who have earned baccalaureate degrees in other academic areas are required to complete appropriate preparatory courses.

International Students: The Master of Science in Management Information Systems is a Science, Technology, Engineering, & Mathematics (STEM) designated program by the Department of Homeland Security (CIP Code: 11.0401 Information Science / Studies [STEM Designated]) . International students graduating from STEM-designated program such as the MSMIS may be eligible to work for up to 29 months under the Optional Practical Training (OPT) program.
