Interlibrary Loan / Journal Request Form
Interlibrary Loan services are available to current Governors State University faculty, staff, and students only. We will verify your status using your ID number.
Special library service to our Distance Education students may be accessed on the Distance Education library web page.
This form is to be used only for articles that are not available in the GSU library print collection or our Full Text Database.
The GSU library will process requests in compliance with copyright law and workload constraints. Journal articles requested from other libraries are received in 1-4 weeks.
DIRECTIONS: Complete this form to request a journal article via Interlibrary Loan. It is imperative that as many fields of information be provided as completely as possible.
Once you have completed this form, read the copyright notice and click on "Submit Journal Article Request".
We will contact you via phone or email if there is a problem in processing your request using this web form or if geting your article will cost money.
