Faculty Development Program
Welcome the Title V Cooperative Grant / Latino Center for Excellence (LCE), a partnership between Morton College and Governors States University. Our mission is to increase Latino student retention, raise graduation rates, and foster an institutional climate of academic success.
The Faculty Development Program is a coordinated and centralized effort administered through the Title V Cooperative Grant. The program strongly supports faculty development to improve Hispanic student retention and engagement. The comprehensive program serves the professional development needs of faculty at all levels of the academic lifecycle (new recruit, junior, mid-career, senior, and emeritus).
The goal of the Faculty Development Program to foster and sustain a collegial community of lifelong learners capable of meeting present and future challenges. All GSU faculty members are invited! LCE encourages you to enroll in one our faculty development programs.

To register, please complete the application (MS Word) and return it to Carlos P. Cantu, Latino Center for Excellence, Interim Activity Director, at c-cantu@govst.edu or by hard copy to Room A-2133.
