- Fill out the form at GSU Library; you will receive a response by email as soon as possible.
OR
- Call the Library Reference Desk, 708.534.4111, during regular business hours. Ask the Librarian for your "WebCT ID," which is the same as your GSU iMail login.

This is the same as your registration PIN. You must call the Registrar for this information: 708.534.4500.
