Microsoft Office 2007 User Support
The ACS Lab has converted all machines to Microsoft Office 2007.
Microsoft does provide online tutorials and some references guides to help you find familiar commands in the new interface.

You Tube clip in a Power Point Presentation
Go to the You Tube clip you want to insert.
- Copy the URL from location bar
- Go to http://www.mediaconverter.org
- Leave “Convert a video directly from various portals” selected
- Paste the You Tube URL in the text box
- Click on Next Step
- Choose file type (mpg unless other format is specified)
- Name the file
- Click on Next Step
- Accept defaults
- Click on Next Step
- File will download and covert
- When you see the Download now button click on it
- Save the file to local drive
- Insert in Power Point Slide like any other file
