Campus Computing
GSU prepares students for the 21st century workplace by integrating computing technology into student learning. Technology-enhanced classrooms, in addition to teaching and specialized labs, allow faculty to teach with technology which engages students on multiple levels with a spectrum of learning styles. Many programs offer web-component courses on campus with required use of materials in WebCT, GSU's online course management system.
Online courses and even complete programs offered through WebCT are multiplying. For homework and projects, open computing, as well as wireless access, is available in the ACS labs, the University Library, and the Cafeteria.
Technology training and support for students is offered by Academic Computing Workshops in the University Library in addition to the technology support provided in the ACS labs.
