Dr. Havlicek's Health Disparities Research

Dr. Havlicek, in concert with the CHHS Dean Linda Samson and stakeholders, identifies the Center’s strategic objectives and strives to achieve them through the appropriate and effective organization and utilization of Center Resources and through outreach to GSU’s research faculty.

Further, Dr. Havlicek facilitates, promotes, and supports the operations of the Center and the Health Disparities Research project through opening and reinforcing lines of communication, securing the technical and professional resources necessary for the conduct of high-quality research, gathering and disseminating the information needed to move projects forward, providing consultation regarding data collection and research design, and managing the project’s grant-related reporting activities.
