Flags Flying at Half-Staff
Honoring Illinois' Fallen
The United States Flag and the State Flag are to be flown at half-staff
beginning immediately until sunset on Wednesday, July 31, 2013 on
behalf of Police Officer Shamekia Goodwin-Badger of the Wheeling Police Department.
