Tuition Payment and Disbursement

When you register for classes, your registration is NOT complete until you:


  1. pay all tuition and fees by the payment deadlines
    OR
  2. have signed a payment plan agreement at the cashier's office by the payment deadline
    OR
  3. have been awarded financial aid by the payment deadline

If you have not been awarded financial aid by the payment deadline, your registration will be considered complete ONLY if you have submitted a financial aid application including all supporting documentation to GSU and sign a Financial Aid Validation/Promissory Note by the payment deadline.


GSU then will update the student's account to reflect the aid accepted.  The aid is applied to what is owed and any surplus is mailed out on the week prior to the first day of class.
