Registration Validations

There are two options for financial aid recipients to validate their registration to prevent being dropped from your classes.

Financial Aid Status 

1. Awarded
   If you have been awarded financial aid by GSU your registration is complete.


2. Award Pending
   If you have not been awarded financial aid by the payment deadline, your registration will be considered complete ONLY if you have submitted a FAFSA and submitted all supporting documentation to GSU by the payment deadline.

• If you do not have sufficient financial aid to cover your entire balance or your financial aid is cancelled, reduced, or rejected, your classes are not automatically dropped. It is your responsibility to pay the remaining balance on your student account in full by the due date.
• Any accounts with outstanding balances at the midpoint of the term will be assessed a $100.00 late fee and be placed on the university hold list.
